COVID-19 and Shipping
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused MAJOR shipping delays for both international and domestic shipments. This is true for all shipping carriers. Also, as most of you are aware, the USPS has been hit hard by the recent cuts in spending and this has definitely increased the chance for delays. With that said, we have done our very best to help move your product along as quickly as possible. We have maintained a regular shipment schedule throughout the pandemic and all orders ship out within 2 business days of purchase.
For all domestic orders we have chosen to stick with USPS as our main shipping carrier to provide you with the most economical option. However, if you prefer to use another carrier please reach out and let us know before you purchase and we will provide you with an updated shipping quote. For our wholesale accounts and customers with heavy/bulk shipments, the shipping carrier may change based on most economic choice and/or customer's request.
For our international customers, we just want to keep you up to date and let you know what we have been seeing in terms of delivery. Depending on the destination country, your orders could take up to 6 weeks (and sometimes more) before they will get delivered to you. Q: What day will my order ship if I place an order on a Friday or over the weekend?
A: All orders ship out within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, unless you have ordered a custom product or made a wholesale purchase. That means if you order sometime between Friday afternoon and Sunday night your order will ship out sometime between Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon. However, USPS is a public entity and therefore closes for all Federal holidays. So if Monday is a Federal holiday... your order will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. All that said, if you need to put a rush on an order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us - email@example.com - and we will be more than happy to work with you within a reasonable time frame.
Q: What if my order is not delivered by the date it was expected according to the tracking?
A: All shipments (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) are taking longer than normal. The estimated delivery date shown on your tracking is exactly that, an estimate.
